84 years ago today, forces from the US and UK began Operation Torch, bringing WWII to the coast of Northwest Africa. To commemorate this, I am releasing an online free to play version of my game, Torch & Tunisia.
Torch & Tunisia is an operational-level wargame which focuses on military decision-making through the lens of theater entry, key terrain, and allocation of limited resources. Players will learn broad fundamentals of joint operations, the importance of logistical planning, and that the enemy gets a vote. This game seeks to elegantly represent complexity in an enjoyable format.
I hope you enjoy playing Torch & Tunisia and I would love to hear feedback from anyone interested. I hope to continue to improve it and to publish it as a board game.
